Telepsychiatry in Florida
Secure video visits from home — the same quality of care, without the waiting room.
How telepsychiatry works
Telepsychiatry is psychiatric care delivered by secure video visit. You meet your clinician from wherever you feel most comfortable, and there is no waiting room to sit in.
You will need a private space and a device with a camera and an internet connection. That is the whole setup — no specialist equipment, and nothing to install beyond the link we send you.
What you can do by video
Most of what happens in an office can happen on video: your first comprehensive evaluation, ongoing medication management, and talk therapy, on their own or in combination.
If something is better handled face to face, we also offer in-person care at our Hialeah office. The choice stays yours, and you can move between the two.
Who it's for
We provide psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. Care for younger patients is arranged with a parent or guardian involved.
Virtual visits tend to suit people balancing work or school, anyone without easy transport, and those who would simply rather not sit in a waiting room.
Insurance
We accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension Health, UnitedHealthcare, Optum Rx, alongside straightforward self-pay options. If you’re unsure whether your plan is covered, reach out and we’ll help verify your benefits.
