Care that starts with an evaluation
Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation. We take time to understand your history, your goals, and what is bringing you in, then build a treatment plan together — which may include medication, therapy, or both.
What follows is unhurried and evidence-led. The plan is revisited as your life changes rather than fixed at the first appointment.
Conditions we see most
Depression, anxiety and panic, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma, OCD, insomnia and sleep difficulties, and postpartum and perinatal conditions.
If you do not see yours listed, reach out — we will either help or point you toward someone who can.
Virtual or in person
Adult care is available as a secure video visit anywhere in Florida, or in person at our Hialeah office. Many people mix the two.
Insurance
We accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension Health, UnitedHealthcare, Optum Rx, alongside straightforward self-pay options. If you’re unsure whether your plan is covered, reach out and we’ll help verify your benefits.
